Petrol Mini Countryman maintenance
Petrol Countryman models (including engines such as B38 and B48, plus earlier N16 and N18 units) typically focus on regular engine oil and filter changes, air filtration checks and spark plug replacement at the correct interval. Cooling system condition, auxiliary drive components and intake hoses are worth inspecting at each service, particularly on higher-output Cooper S and John Cooper Works versions. Keep an eye on ignition and fuel trim symptoms (misfires, hesitation) as these can point to plugs, coils or air leaks that affect drivability and emissions. Where fitted, service checks should also include the condition of brake fluid and the state of discs and pads, as Countryman weight and use profile can be demanding.
