• When getting in touch, please include your order number and tracking information as this will help us deal with your enquiry quickly.
• Please allow 7 working days for UK orders, and 28 days for European and International orders to arrive before contacting us about late or lost orders.
• Please be aware that we do not currently ship to Iran, Ukraine, Russia or Belarus.

Christmas Delivery Information

To make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our holiday order deadlines and warehouse schedule.

Christmas Order Cut-Off Dates

• Guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery: Order by Monday 15 December

• Final cut-off: Friday 19 December at 5pm
  Orders placed after this time will be processed once our team returns after the holidays.

Delivery Costs

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 5pm will be despatched Next Business Day.

Print on Demand Deliveries

As your book is made to order, please allow 7 days for your delivery to arrive. 

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. Once your manual has been printed and despatched, a second email with tracking information will be sent.

Haynes Print on Demand Manuals are the only way to get hold of a brand-new edition of a genuine Haynes Manual that has been long out of print.

Returns and Refunds

To ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, contact service.uk@haynes.com before to returning an item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item to request a refund. Please be aware that the item must be returned in its original state - unused and unopened - to qualify for a refund. 

Please note: Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund. If you wish to return part of your Bundle, you will need to place a new order.

If you're returning a Printed Manual, Print on Demand item or a Bundle from the UK, please create a Royal Mail Returns Label to send your item back for free. 

Customers returning items delivered to Europe or Internationally are responsible for the cost and arranging of returns.
