Petrol (including TCe and SCe) maintenance plan
For most Dacia petrol engines, regular engine oil and filter changes are the foundation of the service plan, with schedules commonly falling in the 15000-30000 km range or 12-24 months depending on the engine. Keep on top of spark plugs and air filtration, as these affect starting, fuel economy and smooth running. If your Dacia is turbocharged (for example, many TCe engines), good oil quality and correct oil level checks help protect the turbo. A routine check of coolant condition and auxiliary belt condition also helps prevent inconvenient breakdowns.
