Front wiper blades
1 Check the condition of the wiper blades: if they are cracked or show signs of deterioration, or if the glass swept area is smeared, renew them. For maximum clarity of vision, wiper blades should be renewed annually
2a To remove a windscreen wiper blade, turn the ignition on, then turn the ignition off, and press the wiper switch stalk down once. This places the arms in the â serviceâ position. Lift the wiper from the screen and press the securing clipâ ¦
2b â ¦ and slide the blade upwards from the end of the wiper arm, taking care not to allow the wiper arm to spring back and damage the windscreen. When completed, return the blades to the park position by pressing the wiper switch stalk again
2c Some models have wiper blades that lift off
Rear wiper blade
1a To remove the rear wiper blade, tilt the blade away from the screen and depress the side tabs...
1b ...and unhook the blade
