Find your vehicle

Locate the battery
 - step 2
Check the Negative (-) terminal clamp is tight
 - step 3
Open the protective cap and check the Positive (+) terminal clamp is tight. Be careful not to short the spanner on the bodywork
 - step 4
Check battery is generally secure, if loose, tighten the battery retainer. To tighten, a 10mm socket or spanner is needed. Not too tight because you may damage the battery casing
