Air filter location
You have to remove the battery to get access to air filter box, start with negative (-) terminal first. Use 10mm spanner for this
Then undo positive terminal - use a 10mm socket or spanner
Undo battery clamp - use a 13mm socket and carefully remove battery
Undo the four Torx-20 retaining fixings
Carefully lift away the top section of the air filter body
Air filter in position
Now you can lift out the air filter
Clean off any debris on the surface of the filter. Replace with new filter if heavily contaminated
Check air filter box for debris. Clean if required. Now replace the air filter
Reassemble the air filter housing and battery
