Find your vehicle

Air filter location

- step 2

You will need to lift off the engine cover - use two hands to do this

- step 3

The air filter is here

- step 4

Now, unplug the MAF sensor

- step 5

Undo the circular clip on the air intake - use a 7mm socket or a screwdriver

- step 6

Undo the second circular clip on the air intake - use a 7mm socket or a screwdriver

- step 7

Now carefully release the air intake

- step 8

Undo the 3 x 4mm allen key retaining bolts on the air filter

- step 9

Undo the Torx-27 fixtures on the brake fluid reservoir

- step 10

Move the brake fluid reservoir to one side to allow removal of the air filter cover

- step 11

Now carefully lift away the air filter cover

- step 12

Lift out the air filter

- step 15

Clean off any debris on the surface of the filter. Replace with a new filter if heavily contaminated

- step 16

Check air filter box for debris. Clean if required. Replace the air filter

- step 17

Reassemble air filter housing, relocate the brake fluid reservoir and replace the engine cover
