Find your vehicle

- step 1

The air filter location

- step 2

First, unplug the MAF sensor

- step 3

Undo the circular clip on the air intake using a 7mm socket

- step 4

Undo the second circular clip on the air intake, also using a 7mm socket

- step 5

Now release the air intake

- step 6

Undo the 5 Torx-25 retaining fixings

- step 7

Carefully lift away the air filter body

- step 8

View of the air filter cover

- step 9

Air filter in position

- step 10

Lift out the air filter

- step 11

Clean off any debris on the surface of the filter. Replace with a new filter if heavily contaminated

- step 12

Check air filter box for debris. Clean out if required. Replace the air filter

- step 13

Reassemble the air filter housing
