Find your vehicle

- step 1

Air filter location - note, there are two air filters to inspect

- step 2

Lift away the engine cover front section

- step 3

Release the left air intake

- step 4

Release the right air intake

- step 5

Now locate this air breather pipe...

- step 6

Now disconnect the air breather pipe

- step 7

Release the air filter assembly retaining clip located at the bulkhead

- step 8

Carefully lift the combined engine cover and air filter housing away from the engine

- step 9

Rotate the assembly 180 degrees

- step 10

Now you are ready to access the two air filters

- step 11

Undo the 4 Torx-25 retaining fixings (per side)

- step 12

Now carefully lift away the air filter cartridge

- step 13

Here is the air filter in position

- step 14

Lift out the air filter

- step 15

Clean off any debris on the surface of the filter. Replace with new filter if heavily contaminated

- step 16

Check air filter box for debris. Clean out if required. Now replace the air filter

- step 17

Reassemble the first air filter housing and then repeat the process for the second filter

- step 18

Now you can reassemble and refit the assembly back to the engine
