Find your vehicle
 - step 1
First, remove the engine cover. Use a Torx-30 socket
 - step 2
Place the engine cover safely to one side
 - step 3
Here is the air filter location
 - step 4
Undo three retaining bolts - use an E10 socket
 - step 5
Next, undo circular clip on the air intake - use a 7mm socket or a screwdriver. Separate the air duct
 - step 6
Now unplug the MAF sensor
 - step 7
Carefully separate and lift away the air filter cover
 - step 8
View of the air filter cover. Clean any dust or debris with a clean paper towel
 - step 9
Air filter in position
 - step 10
Lift out the air filter
 - step 11
Clean off any debris on the surface of the filter. Replace with new filter if heavily contaminated
 - step 12
Check air filter box for debris. Clean out if required. Replace air filter
 - step 13
Reassemble the air filter housing, MAF sensor, air duct and replace the engine cover
