Diesel Ulysse service notes (JTD / MultiJet)
Fiat Ulysse diesel models commonly use 2.0 and 2.2 JTD and MultiJet engines, where oil quality and correct change intervals matter for turbo and EGR longevity. If your Ulysse is DPF-equipped, repeated short journeys can increase soot loading, so sticking to the correct oil spec and service timing becomes even more important. Keep an eye on induction and exhaust symptoms (hesitation, smoke, loss of power), as these can point to air leaks, EGR issues or boost-control faults that should be diagnosed early. Fuel and air filter condition also has a noticeable impact on drivability and economy on these engines.
